Booking conditions

If we have availability, in order to formalize the reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total will need to be made via bank transfer within 4 working days. If payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be considered cancelled.

Observations:

• Prices include current VAT.
• Prices DO NOT include the tourist tax which is €0.99 (Cal Fernando) and €1.92 (El Molí) per person over 17 years old and night.

The rest of the payment can be paid before or on the same day of arrival at the establishment, together with the tourist tax.

Check-in and check-out:

• Entry: From 5 pm to 8 pm (can be flexible with prior notice and availability).
• Check-out: Until 12 noon (if there is no other guest arrival on the same day, check-out can be made flexible until the afternoon).

Reservation cancellation conditions:

Cancellation of the reservation will result in the retention of, at most, the following amounts:

1. 5% of the down payment, when the cancellation of the reservation is made more than thirty days in advance of the date set to occupy the establishment.
2. 50% of the down payment, when the cancellation is made with thirty or fewer days and more than seven.
3. 100% of the down payment, when the cancellation is made seven or less days in advance.
